If they invented it to remove to *unwanted item* altogether then it would be problem solved -no?
certainly no repeat offenders and much less time consuming on the justice system.
I think they are complaining as it means women are "accepting" rape as inevitable rather than fighting the notion that they will be... ? I dunno. I think if it's inevitable then I'd rather the sucker suffered and maybe if men knew they'd be caught it would deter them... :S
